The role We are looking for dynamic Fixed Term Contract Finance Project Manager who is experienced in delivering transformational change for our Finance, Open and Asset Management stakeholders in a fast paced environment. The role holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the Finance elements of Growth or Asset Management projects working with a team of PM’s, PMO and BA’s, alongside SMEs and senior managers to deliver projects that support Phoenix’s Growth strategy. You will be experienced in using different delivery methodologies, building, and maintaining, relationships with a cross functional set of stakeholders and focused on delivery of outcomes and benefits. What are we looking for? Work with hub leader, Business Sponsors, relevant stakeholders and the project/programme team to scope, define and plan the Finance deliveries required to support Growth business objectives via a number of projects; Develop and deliver an appropriate project/programme plan and source appropriate resources to ensure projects are adequately resourced and able to deliver; Enable compliance with governance and a strong control environment for the programme / projects in line with the Phoenix Change Management Framework Produce and actively maintain good quality project/programme documentation, including plans, actions, decisions, RAID logs, change requests, incidents and governance in line with the project objectives to ensure successful delivery Identify and actively manage stakeholders to ensure hub lead, project sponsor and steering group (where applicable) and other stakeholders are kept informed of project progress Able to work in a complex, ambiguous and time constrained environment managing across multiple stakeholder groups whilst balancing the needs of the Growth business and Finance.
