Job Duties: The SEN TA will provide support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting. Duties include assisting the teacher in implementing individual education plans, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Teaching Assistant qualification. Education: A Teaching Assistant qualification is required for this role. Experience: Prior experience working with students with special educational needs is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Knowledge of special educational needs practises and strategies is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications or training related to special educational needs are desirable. Working Conditions: This role involves working in a classroom environment, providing support to students with special educational needs. The work is full-time and temporary in nature.
