* Contribute to the efficient running and ongoing review of our services.
* Participate in developing innovative practices to enhance patient care.
* Promote safe, evidence-based care.
* Deputies for the senior charge nurse, carrying out delegated line management duties in their absence.
* Support with QI projects and audits to ensure national & Local targets are met.
* Provide clinical oversight and organisation of the emergency department.
* Provide support to staff with wellbeing and education.
