We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team and kickstart a career in Buying & Category Management. As a Buying Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our buyers with the day-to-day operations of our purchasing and sales functions. Multitasking will be a key strength with a diverse range of tasks being set to maintain the critical path.
In this role, you'll work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely deliveries of goods from a global supply chain. You’ll also be integral in processing data to facilitate changes which will enable things like price changes, stock availability changes, product detail changes and much more.

This position offers valuable insight into the purchasing process, with on-the-job training to help you grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Become an expert in our ERP system, managing bulk and individual record updates.
2. Track and analyse competitor activity, providing valuable insights to the buying team.
3. Oversee processes from start to finish, ensuring projects run smoothly (e.g., coordinating inventory deliveries for photoshoots).
4. Manage compliance and certification data to ensure business standards are met.
5. Update and maintain product SKUs, including records, barcodes, prices, and content.
6. Handle end-to-end Purchase Order management, ensuring timely updates and deliveries.
7. Generate excel based reports to give buyers quality information and enable them to make quick decisions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also confident in asking questions and seeking guidance when needed.
2. Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data management.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Strong timekeeper: able to prioritise and self-manage timelines to hit key deadlines.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
1. 1+ year of experience in an ecommerce or purchasing environment is a plus.
