Cortez is partnering with one of TikTok's biggest names to hit the skincare market, renowned for their positioning in the industry for years they are dominating the sector with their innovative products and sleek branding. Featured and recognised for their products by the likes of ELLE, Vogue, Grazia, BBC, ITV, Metro and many more this is Manchester next biggest brand we all know and love. What you will be doing day to day: Leading the end to end strategy across PPC and Paid Media. Working closely with the wider social team for paid media content. Ownership of the email marketing channel using mail chimp and canva. Producing and managing ads across both Meta and Google. Feeding back analytics and data to optimise paid media content and produce high performing ads. Analysing market trends and top performing ads to boost performance. Supporting with the management and maintenance across the Amazon marketplace. A/B testing across social campaigns. Staying up to date with organic and paid social trends then funnelling them into new strategies. Using google Adwords to boost and optimise all ad campaigns. Qualifications 4 years experience in digital marketing and paid media Experience in a ecom brand, preferably in beauty or fashion. Strong communication and written skills with adaptability to speak to a target audience. Experience with TikTok is a bonus Contract Period: Permanent Salary: £40 - 55k DOE Probationary Period: 3 Months Reporting into: CEO Office Location: Manchester Central with 1 or 2 days WFH
