Event Marketing Manager
Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in London Office
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
* Implement messaging and marketing strategies to drive audience conversion with guidance from leadership, including tasks such as copywriting, email marketing, website user experience optimization, partnerships, advocacy marketing, and public relations.
* Collaborate with an internal design team to ensure consistency in branding across all marketing platforms.
* Partner with a centralized performance marketing team to adopt and implement best practices.
* Analyze data from marketing campaigns to inform strategic growth for events, conferences, and awards programs, including setting benchmarks for attendance and revenue.
* Coordinate campaign schedules and plans with leadership, ensuring alignment with content and production teams.
* Provide tools, materials, and presentations to the sales team to help them meet objectives, including support for projects, sponsorships, and email campaigns.
* Assist in sales retention and audience engagement by supporting the execution of sponsor contracts.
* Travel as required to attend events or meetings.
Primary Skills/Abilities Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
* 3–5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, preferably in the events and media space; experience in event or entertainment technology is a plus.
* Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Quick learner of new technologies and workflows, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
* Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing automation tools or email platforms is preferred.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
