Essential Requirements: QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
A primary school in Wellington, Telford (TF1) is seeking a Lower KS2 Teacher to join their team for a long-term role covering the autumn and spring terms. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and engaging school environment.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
* Uphold the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching Key Stage 2.
* Passionate about engaging and inspiring young learners.
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
