Role Profile
With the creation of a wider Offspring eco system and the need to accelerate our content output we need a dedicated resource whose role is to plan, develop and deliver CreativContent, Tone of Voice, Community Stories, in an authentic way to the OFFSPRING Community and right for the OFFSPRING Internal business.
Supporting the OFFSPRING Leadershipand Buying teams, this role will be a bridge between the Buying Team, Ecom Team, Design Team and help deliver content and connections on all Offspring touchpoints
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our marketing manager, studio team & design team to ensure the content created and executed is correctly aligned to the OFFSPRING consumer and OFFSPRING tone of voice
* Source & cultivate relationships with key OFFSPRING Community members that hold value in the OFFSPRING world and who are aligned to OFFSPRING values
* Assist on all editorial Tone of voice. Including; Community Page, Launches Pages, Advise on Email TOV and App Content.
* Working with the Ecommerce & Design team to own and drive the OFFSPRING tone of voice. Developing how we speak to our consumer across all touchpoints.
* Supporting the OFFSPRING Leadership and Buying teams to ensure all community conversations and activations are joined up and consistent in the output.
* Writing of blog copy that reads clearly to the OFFSPRING Community
* Interviewing Community members and turning it into editorial content in an OFFSPRING TOV
* Updating the OFFSPRING Community pages on a weekly basis, telling the best stories of Product, Community and events that align to OFFSPRING values
* Assist the OFFSPRING Leadership and Buying teams on external brand management pitchbacks
* Support on any OFFSPRING Event. Ensuring all logistics are covered, working with agencies, venues, raising Pos and supporting on any admin that is required.
