KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level supplemented by post registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty
2. HCPC and RCSLT registered
BUSINESS TRAVEL
Essential criteria
3. Subject to the provisions of the Equality Act, able to travel using own vehicle on Trust business.
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
4. Evidence of independent, timely clinical decision making to lead self in development and learning and managing a demanding caseload
5. Evidence of autonomous working with the ability to seek clinical support as needed
6. Dysphagia competent (working towards dysphagia competencies for developing band 6)
7. Demonstrable evidence of organisation and time management skills
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
8. Evidence of supporting/supervising junior staff
9. Evidence of supporting or leading on a student placement
