Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager in supervising and managing store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for stock replenishment.
You would be engaged, managed, and paid by the employer, using the Grafter platform.
