Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Legal Property, the NTQ Delivery Manager (Legal) will undertake a programme of continuous improvement in relation to the NTQ programme.
The focus of the continuous improvement will fall primarily, but not exclusively on elements of the Programme demanding support from the MBNL Legal Property team and external solicitors. There will equally be a focus on driving activities prior to legal involvement to increase the volume of workflow into legal.
What you will do:
Set up, chair and own meetings with external Property Agents, External Lawyers and Internal Teams to advance legal activities associated with the NTQ programme.
Regularly review all access for survey, build and lease negotiation activities and workflows, including associated mediation and litigation activity
Improve and document policies, standards, processes, procedures and guidance relating to the NTQ Programme (and linking them to the MBNL Management System)
Create bespoke reporting utilising Site Tracker functionality to analyse performance and execute against opportunities to accelerate relevant elements of the NTQ Programme.
Propose continuous improvements to ensure maximum efficiency in delivery of relevant elements of the NTQ Programme
Ensure data within Site Tracker is cleansed and maintained to a high standard. Ensure internal teams and external suppliers are compliant with completing data accurately and in a timely manner.
Identify and execute against strategic opportunity pots, including drawing from techniques used in the code renewal programme.
Create and own a 'Priority Plan', targeting opportunities to achieve volumetric Targets.
Support presentations and discussions with key stakeholders (e.g. on reporting) including MBNL Property & Legal management team and shareholders.
