You’ll report to the Store Manager and support the wider team with the day-to-day hustle and bustle of this well-established store What we need you to do: Develop and execute creative sales strategies by setting a shining example for your team and leading from the front. Welcoming customers and nurturing a positive environment, providing customers with advice and demonstrations on products. Inspire your team to achieve ambitious results with a customer-first attitude. Make the store sparkle with eye-catching merchandising. Build strong local connections with neighbouring stores and centre management to create the best environment for shoppers. Working shoulder to shoulder with the Store Manager, supporting the store’s day-to-day upkeep and working proactively to ensure the store’s success – managing the store in the Store Manager’s absence. What we need from you: Proven experience as a Senior Store Supervisor/Assistant Manager in a bustling retail environment. Able to work your way around IT systems and Microsoft Office packages. Driven and committed to smashing financial goals. Strong leadership and a knack for mentoring and influencing. Entrepreneurial spirit, always ready to think outside the box.
