As a Fundraiser, you would take the lead in researching funding opportunities for Cool to be Kind, writing bids, and developing a strategic approach to fundraising.
You would be asked to help plan and assist at events and fundraising days. You would require access to a computer and WIFI as these would not be provided.
Skills
For this role, you would need to have good proofreading, communication (both written and verbal), and time management skills, with some knowledge and experience in fundraising. You should be proficient in understanding Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). We require someone who works well within a team but can also work independently.

Availability Details
We expect there to be on average between 4 and 6 hours per week. This may vary depending on what fundraising opportunities are available and when events are held. You would be asked to share and report the work that you do with other members of Cool to be Kind. The Cool to be Kind team meets once a month (usually on the first Thursday of the month) to update and share developments and progress with other members. Attendance is not mandatory at the meetings but is encouraged.
