Reporting to our People Director you will joining a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group. \n\nWhat you will be doing \n\nHRBP will provide a true partnering service to the Regional Operations Directors across 100 plus schools. Supporting the People Director with strategic people initiatives and ensuring these are delivered effectively. \n\t\nManage employee relations issues and empower stakeholders to manage high level complex cases. \n\t\nWorking with the Engagement, Development & Talent HRBP to ensure presence of talent at every level is in plan with clear succession plans as well as working to identify gaps and create robust training plans. \n\t\nSupporting and driving initiatives that support the Engagement, Development & Talent HRBP to increase engagement levels and improving staff retention within the territory that you support. \n\t\nGuide and advise managers on understanding IFG policies and the practicalities of implementing all policies and procedures consistently and effectively. \n\t\nSupport in Company transformation/change programs and people initiatives by acting as a positive influence and change agent to drive positive cultures amongst our teams. \n\t\nContribute to monthly reporting for the strategic board report. \n\t\nBuild and maintain credible and respected relationship with all stakeholders. \n\t\nSupport our operational teams in a proactive and efficient manner, ensuring our customers and clients therefore enjoy an outstanding experience \n\t\nHandling all data in strict compliance to GDPR and company confidentiality policies. \n\nWhat we are looking for \n\nExcellent collaborator with a flexible and agile growth mindset. \n\t\nWorked in a multi-site HRBP role – ideally 50 plus sites \n\t\nWorked in a fast-paced HRBP role – ideally Food, Retail, Catering or Hospitality. \n\t\nYou will be positive, resourceful, engaging whilst having excellent relationship capability and influencing skills. \n\t\nStrong business acumen and understanding of how to build organisations in which talent thrives and is inclusive. \n\t\nProven experience integrating the needs of the business with a great people agenda. \n\t\nStrong skills in leading change, project management & building relationships. \n\t\nIn-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues. \n\t\nHighly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base. \n\t\n???????You need to be confident in presenting to groups at peer level about your strategy, plans and the added value that you will deliver as a true HRBP. \n\nWhat We’d Love to Give You \n\nCompetitive salary \n\n25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays \n\nLife assurance & company pension scheme. \n\nAccess to our extensive online Learning platform and development opportunities \n\nAn employee wellbeing platform. \n\nAccess to a salary sacrifice electric car scheme. \n\nIFG rewards for highstreets discounts. \n\nAnnual Summer Party with company awards. \n\nAdditional Details \n\nIFG are committed to the safeguarding of children and our employees share this commitment.
