Rohallion Secure Care Clinic is a unique Regional and Tayside facility for Forensic In-patient Mental Health Services. We have two Low Secure inpatient wards. Esk is a low secure admission/rehabilitation ward. Lyon Ward is a low secure recovery/rehabilitation ward that has 12 beds and a patient flat that is utilised for rehabilitation and assessment. The successful candidate will be joining an enthusiastic team, who put the patients at the centre of what we do and actively promote patient engagement, whilst also actively developing initiatives to support our staff wellbeing As a clinic we work within NHS Tayside Values and promote a person-centred culture within our service. Candidates for the post should demonstrate their understanding, ability and role model these ways of working. We are keen for all staff to be involved in service improvement, using quality improvement methodology, supported by our Quality Improvement and Practice Development team. You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register. Experience within a mental health or forensic environment would be desirable although not essential. You should be able to demonstrate evidence of professional development.
