The Role:
The role will see you joining an already strong and established team, dealing with a wide range of matters. You will work closely with a range of clients to provide fast and pragmatic advice, whilst actively involved with marketing strategies to attract new clients.
You will manage your own caseload of matters, including but not limited to commercial landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.
You will assist in supervising junior fee earners, delegating appropriate work to paralegals and supporting more senior team members on larger, more complex matters.
Requirements:
1. You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 1-6 years PQE
2. You will have a broad range of experience in dealing with a variety of contentious matters
3. You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to generate new business
4. You will be keen and willing to engage in networking and industry events
5. You will be ambitious and driven, and ready to take full advantage of the career progression opportunity on offer
