Are you experienced in call handling, passionate about customer service, and interested in FMCG? We’re looking for a passionate Customer Care Advisor to join our growing team in a fast-paced office in Chippenham
Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday - 37.5 hours/week
Location: Chippenham (onsite)
What You’ll Do:
* Answering calls and making outbound calls
* Successfully place orders and brochure requests for all new customers that are ordering by phone and help with ordering via any other channel.
* Work with the franchise network to both onboard and answer customer service enquiries
* Respond to customer enquiries from emails
* Engage with customers on social media platforms and Live chat to address enquiries and provide support.
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
* Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Assist with refunds where necessary
* Assist with brochure fulfilment and other office duties as necessary as well as unloading deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service role and a call centre is a plus
* Friendly and caring telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
