Job function
Reporting to the Group Chief Networks Officer, this exciting new role is responsible for assisting with deinstallation of equipment/stock on customer sites globally as requested.

You’ll have autonomy to bring amazing ideas to the table and enable our operations organisation to exceed their goals and significantly contribute to positive business and customer outcomes.
Specific responsibilities
The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.
* Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
* Assist with deinstallation of equipment/stock on customer sites globally as requested by the Service Delivery Executives.
* Complete deinstallation projects by using best practice manual handling techniques.
* Packaging of equipment in line with Company guidelines.
* Ensure that stock from customer sites is packaged correctly and in the most cost-efficient way for our client.
* Liaise with customers on site and raise any problems to the Team & Site Leads to resolve any immediate problems.
* Maintain active communications with Service Delivery Executives/Manager to ensure the deinstallation project is effectively managed. Reporting any incidents to the Service Delivery Executives.
* Driving from Chepstow/Midlands to project sites.
* During project downtime, operate in the warehouse site based at Chepstow/Midlands. Duties include coordinating the unloading, sorting and break down of stock received.
* Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Team & Site Leads and manager.
* Working in line with Company Health and Safety rules and those of the project site.
* THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE HEAVY LIFTING.

* Ability to work away from home sometimes at short notice and work weekends when required.
* Must be over 21 and have 2 years driving experience on a full UK, GB, Northern Ireland or EU equivalent licence (insurance requirement).
