We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in various office software applications. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area’s organisation.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Record key data into our software
Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Support team members with administrative tasks using computerised systems.
Update our Company social media using content gathered by our Keyworker teams and sharing on feeds such as Facebook, X, Insta, Tik Tok
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Sharepoint, SIMS and CPOMS is advantageous
Ability to multi task and maintain a professional attitude
Familiarity with social media
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
