The role
We're seeking a Graduate Account Manager to help take our committed plan for the International team to the next level. This role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with a diverse client base in the international recruitment industry, including some of the largest employers worldwide. There's potential for attending conferences and even participating in face-to-face meetings internationally, playing a pivotal role in our global expansion and impacting the lives of millions of job seekers. You'll be a key player in our dynamic team of 10, working closely with the International, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams. Requirements
We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of or aptitude for much of the below:
● Required fluency in English and either German or French
● Strong work ethic, drive, and passion
● Strong people skills and a passion for great customer service, you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
● Proven track record in account management
● Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns
● Comfortable working towards time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitude
It’s a bonus if you have:
● A good understanding of online advertising, ideally with CPC model/pricing
● Previous experience in the recruitment industry
● Additional language skills (e.g. Polish/Spanish/Dutch/Italian)

● Growing our portfolio of clients through new customer acquisition
● Contributing to market research efforts to uncover new customer segments and traffic opportunities
● Actively working closely with our Marketing and Product Teams on SEM, SEO optimizations, PR, Link building and product improvement tasks
