Team Assistant/Personal Assistant

Our client, a highly respected and well-known brand, is seeking a motivated and professional Team Assistant/Personal Assistant to join their commercial department for an 8-month maternity cover contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage and coordinate diaries for team members, including scheduling professional engagements.
* Prepare detailed documentation and agendas ahead of meetings.
* Handle and prioritize communications on behalf of Directors.
* Arrange and manage all travel and accommodation requirements.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and Directors.
* Organize and maintain team files, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
* Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
Essential Skillset
* Demonstrated experience in a Team Assistant and/or Personal Assistant role.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Package
* 6-Month Maternity Contract.
* £165 - £185 per day (umbrella).
* Monday Thursday, 9am 5pm / Friday, 9am 4pm.
* Hybrid working model: 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
* Snow Hill, Birmingham.
