Job summary We have a fantastic vacancy for a Band 7 Dietitian to work on the purpose built Digestive Diseases Unit at RSCH in Brighton. This unitprovides local and regional care for medical and surgical gastroenterology patients. The post involves inpatient ward work, outpatient clinics and group sessions such as FODMAP. There is a high level of nutrition support involved in this post, both enteral and parenteral. Cross cover for critical care during periods of leave may be required. On our Brighton Site we provide regional services for cancer, renal, head & neck, stroke, trauma, gastro, paediatrics, HIV, cardiac and much more. We're a large, very friendly team and would be really keen to hear from you if you have a good range of acute experience. Main duties of the job This post is based in the Digestive Diseases Unit and provides dietetic care to inpatients and outpatients. You will work very closely with the whole MDT in this very specialised post. Substantial experience in all aspects of nutrition support is essential including enteral tube feeding.
