The role will have you: Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all employees. Collaborate with HR and leadership to deliver impactful internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and align our teams. Support new starts with onboarding The ideal candidate will bring these skills to the table: Proven experience in facilities management, office management, or a similar role. Exposure to or a strong interest in internal communications and employee engagement. Experience working with HR and communications teams is highly desirable. Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
