Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference What You'll Do Every Day: Put students at the center of everything you do. Help create a positive, supportive learning environment where students can thrive. Work 1:1 and in small groups, making learning fun and accessible. Support Tutors with delivering exciting and engaging lessons. Celebrate student achievements and milestones. Help plan cool outings and trips to enrich learning. Assist with key administrative tasks to keep the College running smoothly. What They're Looking For: Passion for helping young people (ages 19-25) with special needs succeed. Creativity to think up new ideas and activities to engage students. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Problem-solving skills to handle challenges confidently. Strong communication skills -both speaking and writing. A commitment to work toward a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning (we'll fund it if needed). Experience in a classroom or education setting is a plus.
