The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with proficiency in various HRIS systems and accounting software. This role will involve collaborating with management to develop HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Monday Friday
8am-5pm (in-office working)
£30k-£40k DOE
Duties
1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems.
4. Oversee employee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
5. Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
6. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
7. Collaborate with finance teams on accounts payable tasks related to payroll processing.
8. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
