About the Role: As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient unloading, reloading, sorting, and distribution of material in accordance with DHL, Airline, and Legal Regulations. Your responsibilities will include: § Sorting and scanning of inbound and outbound material, involving manual lifting. § Preparing load sheets and load plans in compliance with Ground Accident Prevention. § Overseeing loading and unloading of aircraft as requested, following DHL Ground Accident Prevention guidelines. § Coordinating with handling agents and 3rd party shippers. § Managing container allocations and arranging fuelling/de-icing as needed. § Ensuring accurate and timely messaging via NMIV. § Preparing flight plans and associated documentation. § Maintaining clear communication with Network Control Group flight watch. § Compiling relevant reports. Your Profile: To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes: § Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Outlook email. § Knowledge of DHL systems such as NMIV and RCTS (advantageous). § Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. § Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment. § Forklift license and completion of relevant training courses (advantageous). § Experience in aviation or ramp handling (advantageous). § Understanding of aircraft loading procedures and knowledge of AS400 Hub system and ACS procedures.
