Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Purley Salary: £25,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in Purley. Previous experience in insurance, claims, finance, or working within an FCA-regulated setting is preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronically and physically. Assist with claims processing, data entry, and document management. Support financial administration, including invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports as required. Order office supplies and manage office facilities. Key Skills & Experience: Strong administrative experience in an office environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in insurance, claims, finance, or FCA-regulated industries is desirable but not essential. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
