Performance Improvement Officer

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks
What will you be doing in this role?
You'll support the Performance Improvement Manager to deliver targeted projects across the business to improve processes and drive performance improvement. You'll motivate, advise and guide colleagues in the delivery of exceptional services, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
