An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance sector Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking company specialising in cutting-edge insurance technology solutions. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel.
The Role
The successful Business Analyst will collaborate with insurance businesses to implement and support a cutting-edge modular platform. Responsibilities include analysing client requirements, configuring and testing solutions, providing training and support, contributing to product development, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
* Solid experience in the insurance industry, gained either with an insurance technology provider, an insurer, MGA, or a broker.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Project-based, business analyst experience, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* Knowledge of XML, SOA technologies, and tools such as DevOps, SharePoint, or Power BI (desirable but not essential).
