We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Engagement team.
Title: Marketing Manager, Patient Services
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to work closely across two teams, delivering for the Patient Services team and reporting directly to a Senior Marketing Manager within the Marketing team. This is a fundamental role, engaging and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure every patient going through a stem cell transplant knows how Anthony Nolan can support them throughout their journey.
The Marketing Manager manages the marketing of a portfolio of products, as well as driving the marketing approach for some of our key audiences. You will be responsible for raising awareness of our support services and our award-winning patient information available to transplant recipients, relatives and healthcare professionals. You will lead in content delivery for the engagement level of the relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, including testing and development of paid channels, support on marketing of specific events and moments, and of our Patient and Families Forum. You will be the key driver to deliver our marketing campaigns, planning visits to hospitals across the UK, building relationships with healthcare professionals.
You will bring a strategic marketing approach and experience in stakeholder management as you work across teams, both internally with the Marketing Team and Patient Services Team and externally with healthcare professionals in transplant centres. The role sits within the Marketing team, which is part of the wider Engagement division, including Communications and Register Development.
