As such, they are looking for a highly reliable Team Assistant to support them achieve their company goals. This is a varied and exciting position and an excellent opportunity to learn about short-term secured financing. We are looking for candidates with previous office support experience, ideally from a professional services background, with a positive, can do-attitude and excellent IT skills. Daily tasks include: Dairy management Conducting research on a range of lending programmes Collating documents for presentations and formatting appropriately Liaising with clients on a daily basis Managing the company database, updating client information as needed Recording accurate information from clients and inputting into various templates Processing loan repayments You will be: Experience in an office support role, ideally from a professional service background Excellent communication skills Fully IT proficient Numerate Strong attention to detail Positive/can do attitude If you’re an experienced Administrator/Team Assistant, looking for an exciting opportunity providing career development, do not hesitate to apply today.
