Role Overview:
The Manager of Revenue Operations at Copperleaf Technologies plays a crucial role in enhancing processes, guiding strategic direction, and equipping the sales team with essential tools and knowledge for success. This position entails optimizing sales enablement, managing CRM systems, overseeing compensation plans, and driving performance management initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess experience in revenue operations within the software industry and demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Go-to-Market Strategy:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive sales success and revenue growth.
* CRM Management:Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM systems to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
* Compensation Planning:Develop and manage sales compensation plans that align with business objectives and motivate the sales team.
* Performance Management:Implement performance management processes to track and improve individual and team performance.
* Operational Efficiency:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Reporting and Analytics:Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business operations initiatives.
Qualifications
* Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Experience:8+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related role within the software or technology industry.
* Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PBI).
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Knowledge:Understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, compensation planning, and performance management.
