Are you an experienced Branch Sales/Store Sales/Unit Sales Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a strong people/sales/customer service manager to take the reins of our Hayes branch. We are Keyline, part of Travis Perkins Group, and we are planning for the long term.
Where will you be working?
Keyline are the the UK's number one supplier of specialist civils and drainage solutions with a nationwide branch network of over 40 branches, stocking materials that help our customers build, protect and maintain the vital construction - from roads to megastructures, and flood defence, energy, water and data supply - we all depend on to live our lives.
Our Basingstoke branch employs 11 staff made up of 3 within the sales team, drivers and warehouse staff.
The role of Office Sales Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm NO WEEKENDS!

What will you be doing?
5. Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers
6. Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products
7. Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance
8. Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
9. You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers
