As the Applications Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives, shape product strategies, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Sales Leadership: Offer tailored technical solutions and support to meet client needs.
Use these insights to guide product development and refine sales strategies.
Develop in-depth knowledge of shredding solutions for specific waste streams (e.g., plastics, paper, tyres, electronics). Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between customers, project managers, and system integrators, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
Reporting & Planning: Use CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain accurate sales data, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Experienced: 7–10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, ideally in shredding or material conveyance systems.
Educated: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Skilled: Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical abilities with a proven track record in direct sales and business development.
Knowledgeable: Deep understanding of industrial shredding applications and market dynamics.
Ready to Travel: Comfortable with up to 80% travel, including overseas trips.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Possess a valid driver’s license and passport with the right to work in the UK.
