Job : General Manager / Estate Manager Location : Buckinghamshire Salary : Up to £ 150,000 pa depending on experience Duration : Permanent - 5 days on site Our client a private estate based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a General Manager / Estate Manager to run the day to day operations in this multi use estate including buildings and grounds, events and hospitality areas for family and guests, and ensure 5 standards at all times. Duties to include ( but not limited too ) : Lead and inspire individuals and teams to constantly meet and exceed expectations of family & guests. Cultivate a culture of excellence and attention to detail that aligns with the boutique luxury experience. Personalised Guest Services: Ensure a personalized approach to all interactions, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Manage guest and family feedback, inquiries, and complaints with discretion and professionalism to enhance satisfaction. Financial Management - Prepare and manage the annual budget, focusing on enhancing profitability Monitor financial performance, optimising costs, and maximising revenue streams for Estate Full Grounds Management: Key skills : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in luxury boutique hotel and golf course management. A strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
