Job Description Countrywide Surveying Services are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Director - Technical Account Management. As a senior leader, you'll provide expert technical support to key lender clients on residential surveying, valuation and property risk. You’ll drive strategic initiatives that improve service, foster innovation, and boost growth, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Provide expert support in residential surveying, valuation and property risk. Anticipate and understand client needs, ensuring optimal service use. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, influencing policy and offering technical leadership. Gather client feedback and assess account performance to identify improvements. Address and resolve technical queries quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Key attributes required: Have at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role within the residential surveying and valuation field. First hand experience in property risk management from the lender's perspective. RICS qualified valuer (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS) with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in residential valuation and surveying. Strong expertise in technical matters related to RICS requirements and emerging industry trends. In-depth understanding of mortgage lending, residential property risk and the home buying/selling process. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and applications such as Core Logic, Landmark Quest, Rightmove Surveyor Comparable Tool (SCT), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Skills & Competencies: Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
