What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Organise and monitor the order flow to make sure orders are being picked and shipped to meet their cut off times
* Manage and investigate any allocation shortages to make sure orders are being fulfilled to meet customer satisfaction
* Participate in regular reviews of the Control room processes, the maintenance and review of SOP’s and Risk Assessments
* gain exceptional system knowledge and provide continuous onsite system support, being the first point of contact with any system troubleshooting
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Understanding of Manhattan WMS is preferred, however, training is provided
* Experience of working within an administrative capacity, in a logistics environment would be a big tick for us but not essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive approach to the role
