Experience: Relevant: 2 year (preferred) C Licence: desirable Licence/Certification: Part 66 B1 /B2 License Work authorisation: Right to work in United Kingdom (required) Key duties and responsibilities: Perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities within the approved regulatory framework, prioritising safety and operational efficiencies. Execute daily maintenance tasks proficiently minimising downtime and ensuring prompt service delivery. Conduct inspections in adherence to established procedures and quality standards, ensuring health and safety are maintained. Release work orders in strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Collaborate closely with hangar management to track progress, manage manpower and address critical path issues, ensuring seamless workflow and timely project completion. Collaborate with support services for efficient spares procurement, managing shortage reports and accessing repair and technical information. Uphold stringent quality standards by providing clear direction to mechanics, ensuring comprehensive work instructions and enforcing adherence to the quality system. Debrief the operational crew members to ensure defects are accurately defined and communicated with CAMO for defect capture. Maintain and promote a high standard of work. Ensure all documentation is completed when aircraft is RTS. Comply with AXJS Maintenance Organisation Exposition and published processes and procedures. Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures, processes and COSHH are always adhered too. Skills and experience requirements: Part 66 Licence, B1 or B1/B2 either CAA UK or EASA. Type ratings on Bombardier 850, Embraer Legacy or Lineage preferred, however not essential as type rating courses will be given to the right candidate. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet changing work requirements.
