We are seeking an experienced, motivated and focused candidate for a renowned and well established charity based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will work as a Payroll Administrator undertaking the below responsibilities:
As part of a team of Payroll Administrators, you will play a key part in processing and administration to ensure a timely payroll function is delivered for a medium sized charity ensuring that deadlines are met for all payroll related activities.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the role will require the post-holder to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have a flexible and adaptable approach to working.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and team members.
* Full range of payroll duties including annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly payrolls.
* Process Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC in required timeframes.
* Process Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Paye and National
* Insurance.
* End of Year processing including end of year RTI submission and issue P60's
* Proactively monitor payroll deadlines and addressing any issues.
