Purpose of the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager:
Our client is looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to support the sales team to help shape the company's future by successfully implementing landing growth within the e-commerce marketplace and the company's marketing strategy.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager:
. Identify areas for growth, initiative, and introduce new ideas to expand the channels in the UK.
. Analyse existing business and bring end-to-end solutions against competitors.
. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the marketing team and business to bring rich content to improve conversion across individual listings and shop storefronts.
. Benchmark the client's range vs the competition to ensure they remain competitive and implement a clear strategy to accelerate sales growth.
. Independently scope the requirements for setting up on new Marketplaces.
. Work hands-on across departments to deliver these requirements efficiently and effectively.
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager:
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience dealing with marketplace platforms/portals such as Amazon, Ebay, Debenhams, B&Q and The Range.
. Experience using Linnworks.
. Commercially astute, have a strategic approach to marketplace development.
. Ability to think outside the box and challenge current processes.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Excellent analytical skills with ability to use data to drive business decisions.
. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
