Job Description
The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:
3. Coordinating HR policies and procedures.
4. Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries.
5. Organising, maintaining, and updating employee HRIS information as needed.
6. Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
7. Facilitating employee development programs.
8. Assisting with performance management procedures.
9. Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas.
10. Performing orientations and update records of new staff.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
11. Previous experience within a similar role, ideally a manufacturing background
12. CIPD level 3 qualified or above
13. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
14. A strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
15. Proficiency in HRIS and databases.
16. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
17. Strong ability to work well in a team and across all management levels.
What's on Offer
A salary range between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum.
