Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
* Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
* A recent tertiary degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand.
* Previous student vacation/internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment.
* Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries.
* A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong rapport-building skills and a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
