Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days office based, 2 days work from home
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a consumer-focused marketing campaign background to join a successful and growing Brighton-based company. You will be creating and delivering email marketing campaigns (automation, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle) as well as owning social media activity, including community management and both paid and organic campaigns to nurture and convert customers. Additionally, you will deliver B2C-focused integrated campaigns with a customer acquisition focus to drive engagement and sales.
You will join a marketing team of four, a collaborative and talented group where you will also liaise with agencies for design and paid media activity.
Responsibilities for this Senior Marketing Executive job include:
* Work with the marketing team to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Own email marketing using HubSpot, driving lead nurturing, marketing automation, A/B testing, and email optimization.
* Lead and manage social media activity across channels, including content schedules, community management, engagement, and moderation.
* Work with agencies for paid media activity.
* Manage the production of all promotional marketing and communication activities.
* Collaborate with design agencies for online and offline advertising.
* Support the planning and implementation of website strategies.
* Edit and proofread copy created by marketing team members.
For this Senior Marketing Executive job you will need:
* Degree educated or equivalent marketing qualification.
* Experience in email marketing campaign setup and delivery, including automation campaigns.
* Experience in social media, developing and growing audiences, analyzing data, and identifying trends and opportunities.
* Experience working with both CMS and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of paid social media and PPC would be an advantage but not essential.
* A background as a Senior Marketing Executive with multi-channel campaign experience to drive B2C leads and brand engagement.
* Experience in Travel, Retail, Financial Services, or Education for consumer audiences could be beneficial but not essential.
