Duties
* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing new business to placement
* Actively manage client accounts, ensuring you’re their go-to recruitment partner, while also supporting the candidate journey through compliance and engagement
* Win, build and manage relationships with clients using a variety of tools and attending client meetings
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing permanent candidates
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
* Arranging interviews between candidates and clients ensuring both parties are kept well informed throughout the process
* Negotiating offers and managing expectations throughout the hiring process
* Implement business strategies, attend networking events, and contribute to the business growth
