If you'd like more information on BBC Extend, please visit the BBC Extend webpage THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and organised Executive Personal Assistant, wishing to grow their skillset in providing the Global HR Director and People Leadership Team with comprehensive, professional, well-organised support, across all administrative and office-management areas. This exciting opportunity will have regular contact with members of the Studios Executive Committee (SEC) and their Assistants, so a collaborative, approachable attitude is vital. You will also build a working relationship with the BBC Group Chief People Officer's leadership team and other divisions across BBC Studios and the Public Service. This role will be working in a fast-paced team, liaising with senior managers, internal and external contacts. Supporting the Director and leadership team will require you to be personable when dealing with contacts on their behalf, highly organised and proactive in anticipating their needs. Crucial to this role is coordinating Town Halls and routine Studios People Leadership Team (PLT) meetings, issuing agendas, managing diaries for additional members of the PLT, planning and managing of national and international business trips, whilst adhering to our policies and procedures. You will facilitate meetings and conferences, ensuring a smooth process for both internal and external contacts, ensuring all relevant paperwork is available. Pivotal to the role would be your ability to prioritise, build and maintain strong working relationships and be flexible to change. WHAT DOES IT TAKE? ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Previous Executive (or senior-level) Assistant experience, ideally at Director or Board level, including the handling of confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written communication skills. The ability to work autonomously, be pro-active and also work as part of a team. Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
