We have an exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate Administrator to join the team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
The Medical Education Department is responsible for developing, managing and delivering a range of high quality and cost effective medical educational services within the Trust to specifications required by the General Medical Council, NHS England Workforce, Training & Education, Kent Surrey & Sussex, associated Medical Schools and the Trust’s strategic and operational framework. The successful applicant will work within the Undergraduate Team within the Medical Education Department.
The Undergraduate Education Administrator will work as a member of the Medical Education Team and act as a team member utilising the time available to everyone’s advantage. In addition to the general work of the Centres, the post holder will have a number of key duties and responsibilities.
The Undergraduate Medical Education Administrator will work primarily as part of the Undergraduate Medical Education Team to support the Undergraduate programme within the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. At present, this involves students on placement from King’s College London, St George’s University London and the Kent and Medway Medical schools.
The role also encompasses the coordination for work experience placements in the Trust for pupils interested in undertaking a career in medicine.

This position is for a 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
