What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and manage the internal UAT phase, ensuring successful execution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare a comprehensive test plan.
Raise and track bugs/issues identified during UAT, both internally and externally.
Oversee external UAT, managing communication and bug tracking with external stakeholders.
Generate test data to simulate various scenarios, ensuring efficient testing processes.
Create and share test scripts and detailed test reports with clients.
Regularly update clients on testing progress, bugs, and resolution timelines.
Develop Customer Service packs and conduct demos for key external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Development and IT teams to unblock issues and ensure security assessments are ready.
Ensure high QA standards and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
