My client is a dynamic, forward-thinking company and now have an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role will focus on social media management and content creation, working closely with their sales team to showcase their products and services effectively across all digital platforms.
They are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining creative flair with analytical thinking to elevate their online presence and engage with their audience. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content that tells their story and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media channels while maintaining brand consistency
Content Creation: Capture and create high-quality photos, videos, and graphics for social media posts, stories, and reels
Campaign Support: Assist in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Visual Design: Produce graphics, banners, and other visual content using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights
Event Coverage: Document company events and create engaging content to share on our platforms
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to gather authentic content from the field
What my client is looking for:
Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong writing skills with ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy
Proficiency with design tools and social media management platforms
Creative eye for photography, video, and graphic design
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
