We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient individual with great communication, administrative, and IT skills to join our team as a Receptionist/Centre Administrator.
Duties include:
* Being the first point of contact for all Carer and Professional enquiries received through our telephone/online reception service, connecting Carers to appropriate services and logging all enquiries accurately.
* Researching and identifying trusted sources of information that may benefit Carers and adding these to our internal library.
* Ensuring all internal office systems are maintained and updated appropriately to the needs of the organisation.
* Keeping our online filing system maintained, ensuring all standard forms, procedures, and resources are accessible and easy to find.
* Administration for the organisation and service delivery as directed by the CEO and Assistant to the CEO. This will be a range of tasks to support the efficient running of the Centre.
* Being the main contact for our database provider, ensuring the whole team is notified of any updates to our database, CharityLog.
* Supporting all aspects of membership administration.
* Alongside team members, promote and raise the profile of Manchester Carers Centre and our services online and offline.
