As an IT Support Analyst, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, providing essential support to our users, managing IT infrastructure, and working closely with our IT partners to maintain seamless services. Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Intune.
Support end users with IT network issues, including Wi-Fi, laptop queries, and general troubleshooting.
Manage M365 security compliance, including Conditional Access policies and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Coordinate IT incidents and change requests with our IT partners, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
Support IT projects such as Windows 11 upgrades, DLP implementation, and laptop provisioning.
Assist in supplier relationship management, including attending service reviews and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Hands-on expertise with Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and security compliance tools. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience in racking and patching network/server equipment. Familiarity with cloud migrations
